2. Shipping Destinations

Due to the high value of graphics cards and computer hardware, some orders may require adult signature confirmation upon delivery.

If signature confirmation is required, the carrier will not leave the package unattended. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

If delivery fails because no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local pickup location.

Customers are responsible for following carrier instructions for redelivery or pickup.

8. Shipping Insurance

For high-value orders, we may include shipping insurance to protect the package during transit.

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the carrier to open an investigation or insurance claim.

Customers must cooperate with the investigation process, which may include providing photos, written statements, packaging materials, or other required information.

Please do not throw away the shipping box, packaging materials, or product packaging. The carrier may require these materials for inspection.

12. Missing Items or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing items or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
